Our main purpose as our doula is to help you experience a memorable, safe, and empowering birth experience. We support your wishes throughout the process in a way that will make you feel confident, empowered, and nurtured.
A Doula to walk with hand in hand during your birth journey
Whether you’re having a home birth, medicated or non-medicated hospital birth, VBAC, or C-section, we will be by your side throughout your birth experience. The care provider will focus on your medical needs while we handle all your educational, physical, emotional, and spiritual support while you birth as you envisioned.

Education
Pregnancy is a journey and we are here to help you navigate through it. Whatever question you have with regards to your journey, don’t hesitate to call me, text, or even email. We are here to offer as much educational guidance as possible.
Labor pain management
We are professionally trained birth doula’s that are well versed and experienced in several pain relief comfort measures. We will use our knowledge and skills to get you as comfortable as possible during the process. We’ll leverage breathing and relaxation techniques, massage, laboring and birthing positions, and acupressure.
Calm, informative, and objective advice
Some decision making situations may come up during the process but worry not, we’ll be here to help you go through your choices and make an informed decision. You will get fact-based and objective information so you’re in a better position to make the right decision for you, your family, and your birth. Should the need for more information from your care provider/hospital arise, we will facilitate the conversations.
Dedicated labor support
We will be there with you throughout the labor and delivery, giving you all the vigilant support needed. You are our only focus and we are dedicated to being with you all the way.

- One visit together with you at your chosen midwifery practice
- Unlimited e-mail/phone/text support providing counseling and resources throughout your pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum
